Quick tipsStart using turmeric

Add this to your morning routine.  Either buy turmeric capsules, add turmeric powder to your coffee or if you want to go all the way then make your own golden paste

Try turmeric powder simmered with water into a golden coloured paste and then add coconut oil and black pepper.

Turmeric is a very powerful natural anti-inflammatory.
