Leaders Consultancy is launching its Leadership Development Programme next month, which is designed to enable practical change by giving participants the tools to implement specific leadership skills and ideas into their day-to-day work and lives.
The seven-month programme, commencing on 26th January at Les Cotils, will consist of a 360-degree feedback survey, 12 half-day learning modules and three individual coaching sessions. Course fees are £2,750 per delegate, which includes 360-degree feedback, two psychometric assessments, all course materials, training days and three one-to-one coaching sessions.
Module topics include The Science of Leadership, Inspirational Leadership, Contagious Integrity and Leaving a Truly Valuable Legacy.
