The Channel Islands’ largest tour operator, C. I. Travel Group, has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award for three of its travel brands. The award is designed to recognise businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by genuine customers.
JerseyTravel.com, GuernseyTravel.com and Bontour have been given Platinum Trusted Service awards by Feefo for having achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5/5. FlyDirect is their fourth brand to be recognised, winning Gold for 2019.
Feefo’s Trusted Service is awarded to businesses meeting the highest standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating. As all reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is said to be a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.
