Businesses and individuals across Guernsey have been recognised at the 2026 Customer Service Awards.
The Carpet Doctor Customer Service Awards, powered by Island FM, took place on 22 October at The Old Government House Hotel & Spa.
Members of the public voted for those who had provided excellent customer service across 15 categories, while judges selected the winners of the Outstanding Individual and Outstanding Team awards.
Sean and Chantelle Wilson, Directors of The Carpet Doctor and headline sponsors of the awards, said: “It was a fantastic evening, filled with so many happy faces, genuine joy and well-deserved celebrations. It was wonderful to see so many fellow island businesses being recognised for the outstanding customer service they provide.
“Having won a Customer Service Award ourselves back in 2019, we know first-hand just how much this recognition means, not only to a business but to everyone who works hard behind the scenes to make it a success.
“Since then, we’ve been proud to give something back, first by sponsoring the very category we once won, and now, this year, by taking the next step and becoming headline sponsors of the entire event. It’s been a lovely journey for us, and one we’re incredibly proud to be part of.
“Customer service has always been at the heart of what we do at The Carpet Doctor, so seeing so many other local businesses sharing that same passion is fantastic.
“Huge congratulations to all the winners, finalists and everyone involved. Guernsey has some truly brilliant businesses, and evenings like this remind us just how lucky we are to be part of such a wonderful island community.”

It was fantastic to recognise their efforts at the awards ceremony.”
