George Yates, senior associate in Ogier’s Private Wealth team in Jersey, has been named among the rising stars of the private client profession in the 2025 eprivateclient NextGen Leaders list.
George (pictured) advises on a wide range of non-contentious trust and fiduciary matters, including cross-border estate, succession and trust planning for professional trustees, family offices and high net worth individuals. He has significant experience in establishing and restructuring multi-jurisdictional trust structures and provides clients with clear, pragmatic advice tailored to complex international needs.
George began his career in London before joining Ogier in 2020. He is qualified as a Jersey Advocate and as a solicitor in England and Wales.
