Two professionals from Hawksford have been included in eprivateclient’s NextGen Leaders list, the annual list of leading young private client practitioners in the UK and UK Crown Dependencies, published this week.
Associate Directors Will Van Neste (pictured) and Linzi Maindonald have both been named on the list for their contributions towards the business and its future.
Will has over 12 years’ experience in the financial services industry and oversees a team of administrators, servicing a variety of complex family office, private client, and corporate structures, as well as charitable, ESG and impact initiatives. Will has a global client base with a broad range of asset classes, including high value residential and investment real estate, professionally managed investment portfolios, charitable ventures, special purpose funding and JV vehicles, and
substantial privately-owned corporate operating structures. He was also included on eprivateclient’s Crown Dependencies NextGen leaders list earlier this year.

Linzi has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, managing and overseeing sophisticated trust and corporate structures for HNW and UHNW individuals. She oversees a diverse portfolio spanning multiple jurisdictions and asset classes, delivering tailored solutions to international clients. Linzi also leads a team of high-performing private client administrators. In recognition of her achievements, she was also named by eprivateclient as one of the Channel Islands ‘Top 35 Under 35’ in 2022.
Commenting on their recognition, Darren Kelland, Head of Private Client Services, at Hawksford, said: “I consider it a privilege to work with a group of highly talented people. Will and Linzi deserve this recognition on the NextGen Leaders list, having demonstrated clear leadership and expertise within their respective teams. Their commitment to our clients and their colleagues drives excellence across Hawksford’s Private Client business. We are delighted to celebrate their inclusion on this prestigious list, and I look forward to seeing them continue to develop and succeed in their careers.”
