Revive Therapy is a new business offering help to companies who want to run a wellbeing programme.
Set up by Pauline Power, this month sees the launch of the business which is focused on offering mindfulness sessions in the workplace. She can also help businesses who do not have a designated resource to run a full wellbeing programme, utilising the contacts she has made in the industry. Pauline also undertakes private client work from her base in The Harbour Gallery in St. Aubin.
When asked why she chose now to set up the business, Pauline said: “Mental health and wellbeing has now come to the attention of most employers in Jersey particularly with the impact of Covid on the workplace and society in general. Now feels like the right time to help businesses to find a way to improve the wellbeing of their employees. Our mission is to help bring mental wellbeing to everyone and mindfulness is one tool that can help achieve that”.
