LibertyBus has announced a new partnership with Great Scenic Journeys, promoting the exploration of Jersey’s picturesque landscapes through convenient and sustainable travel.

This collaboration brings an array of exciting bus routes to visitors and residents, offering seamless access to some of the island’s most stunning destinations.

The partnership highlights several scenic routes, including:

  • Route 1: St. Helier to Gorey Pier
  • Route 3: St. Helier to Jersey Zoo
  • Route 4: St. Helier to Bonne Nuit Bay and Bouley Bay
  • Route 7: St. Helier to Devil’s Hole
  • Route 9: St. Helier to Greve de Lecq
  • Route 14: St. Helier to St Brelade’s Bay (Open Top Bus)
  • Route 22: St. Helier to L’Etacq

Great Scenic Journeys, renowned for showcasing the UK’s most beautiful travel experiences, will now include these LibertyBus routes on their platform, promoting Jersey as a prime destination for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers.

Kevin Hart (pictured), Director, LibertyBus, said: “Partnering with Great Scenic Journeys allows us to further our commitment to providing exceptional travel experiences while promoting the natural beauty of Jersey. We are excited to offer our customers even more opportunities to explore the island’s unique landscapes including the glorious beaches, visitor attractions and incredible historical landmarks. Great Scenic Journeys is all about promoting what we have to offer for residents and visitors.”

Alex Warner, Managing Director at Great Scenic Journeys, added: “Working with LibertyBus has been a pleasure. Their dedication to quality service and sustainable travel aligns perfectly with our mission to promote the island’s stunning scenery and rich heritage. We believe this partnership will encourage more people to experience all that Jersey has to offer in an environmentally friendly way.”

Visitors can enjoy the convenience of car-free travel, discovering Jersey’s stunning beaches, visitor attractions and charming villages, all while reducing their carbon footprint. The collaboration aims to make exploring Jersey’s natural beauty more accessible and enjoyable for residents and visitors.

Clint Feuerherdt, Group CEO and Managing Director of Kelsian Group, has been in Jersey this week for the launch of this new partnership and stated: “The partnership between LibertyBus and Great Scenic Journeys is a significant step forward for our team in promoting this beautiful island and our extensive bus network, which connects customers to all of the island’s tourist destinations. This initiative alongside our LibertyBus app, which has been downloaded by 37,000 customers, representing one-third of Jersey’s population, makes journey planning and travel across the island more convenient and enjoyable for everyone.”
