An experienced family lawyer with over 25 years’ experience has joined Ardent Chambers.
Specialising in divorce or dissolution of civil partnerships, separation agreements, financial settlements, children arrangements and pre-nuptial agreements, Advocate Françoise Binet (pictured) brings her strong relationships with other members of the Family Bar and with local family separation charities to the team at Ardent Chambers Françoise was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1998 and admitted as an English Solicitor in 2002. She was employed as an English Solicitor at Benest & Syvret, before setting up her own practice, Binet Law in 2015.
Throughout her career, Françoise has been passionate about alternative dispute resolution and is known for her track record of resolving matters by agreement rather than through the court. She joins Advocate and NED Caroline Dutot and Litigators Michael Cushing and Michael O’Connell at Ardent Chambers.
