Lancaster has welcomed David Clarke and Kate Wood to its senior team.
David Clarke FCG, TEP, (pictured) joins as Head of Client Services, bringing 23 years of experience in trust and corporate services, working with bank-owned, private equity, and listed providers.
With a background supporting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions, David’s expertise spans corporate governance, employee share schemes, and business process re-engineering. A Chartered Governance Fellow and STEP-qualified professional, he also holds an MSc in Corporate Governance, an MBA, and a PRINCE2 qualification.
Kate Wood joins as Client Relationship Manager, adding over 24 years of experience in private client management, trust administration, and corporate services. She has worked closely with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, specialising in trust administration, portfolio management, and operational efficiencies. Kate is also highly experienced in mentoring teams and developing junior professionals.
