Lancaster Guernsey has announced the appointment of Kate Parker as its new Head of Risk, expanding the team to 14 members.
Kate (pictured) brings extensive experience to her new role with a strong background in financial services and governance. Her proficiency in risk management and compliance, coupled with her adeptness in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and financial crime prevention, makes her as an invaluable asset to the Lancaster team.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kate holds the Advanced Certificate in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and an International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention from the International Compliance Association (ICA).
Kate said: “I am delighted to join the Lancaster team and am looking forward to contributing to the growth of the business.”
