The strength of JTC’s shared ownership culture has been recognised on the international stage, with the firm winning two awards at the recently held Global Equity Organisation Awards.
JTC was named the winner in both the ‘Best Plan Communication’ and ‘Most Innovative Plan Design’ categories at the Awards, which were held in Prague on 29th April as part of the 26th Global Equity Organisation (GEO) Annual Conference.
These highly prestigious industry Awards are designed to recognise excellence and champion evolution in company share plans by showcasing the achievements of businesses that have developed innovative approaches to shared ownership and employee equity compensation.
Winners of the Awards are selected by a panel of highly experienced independent judges.
Commenting on JTC in particular, the judges highlighted the Group’s ‘unique approach to Employee Share Ownership (ESO)’ and its success in ‘blending strategic design with a deep cultural commitment to collective success’. The panel also pointed to a ‘thoughtful design’ that ‘helped ensure 100% employee participation’.
Overall, JTC was praised for its ability to generate engagement through its ‘emotional connection to ownership, and its ability to weave ESO into the company’s cultural fabric’.
Commenting on the win, JTC Group Director Miranda Lansdowne said: “Being honoured with both the Best Plan Effectiveness and Best Plan Communication awards at the 2025 GEO Awards is a remarkable recognition of JTC’s longstanding commitment to ‘Ownership for All’.
“These dual accolades underscore our success in aligning our all-employee share plan with JTC’s multi-year business plans and our dedication to clear, inclusive communication. We are very proud of this achievement and will continue to drive engagement and shared success for all our employee-owners and stakeholders.”
