Global professional services provider JTC has made over 270 promotions across its network.
The promotions include a number at senior level, including Lee Marshall who has been made Group Director (Funds) and Head of Luxembourg, and Jill Jones who was appointed Managing Director (Speciality Administration – USA).
In addition, there are a number of newly appointed Senior Directors, including:
- Ben Phelps (Human Resources), Elizabeth Houghton (Banking and Treasury), James Macnair (Private Client), Julia Le Feuvre (Group Company Secretariat), Marcus Hawgood (Commercial Office), Natasha Broughton (Business Operations) and Richard Nicolle (Private Client) in Jersey;
- Graham Sleep, Mariana Enevoldsen (Fund Services) and Sean Walsh (Private Client) in Guernsey;
- Emmet Jackson, Maretha Van Huyssteen (Risk and Compliance) and Tommy Ogbuka (Fund Services) in London;
- Azelle Kay and Shaun Robins (Fund Services) in Cape Town;
- Louis Lamotte (Fund Services) in Luxembourg;
- Kirsty McNicol (Business Operations) in Edinburgh;
- and Bruce Smith (Fund Services) in the Cayman Islands.
This first round of promotions includes a total of 277 employees across 16 jurisdictions, including Austria, the Bahamas, BVI, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Mauritius, the Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, the UAE, the UK and the US.
In addition, the promotions span JTC’s Institutional and Private Capital Services divisions, Banking and Treasury, Employer Solutions, Commercial Office, and Special Situations, in addition to the central operational functions including Business Operations, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Marketing and Business Development, Risk and Compliance, and Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting.
