Your energy levels will dictate the effectiveness of all of your pursuits, such as work, gym, relationship and sports.

The energy you have for these things is dictated by how well you manage energy on a daily basis.

Where are you boosting energy and where are you allowing it to be drained?

Some ways energy can be drained are spending a lot of time with people who are overly negative or like to gossip, being sedentary, eating poor quality food, dehydration, spinning too many plates – to name a few.

Surprisingly enough, if you reverse many of those, you will notice a significant boost in your energy levels.

Here are some simple ways to help boost your energy levels:

  • Spend time with people who inspire you
  • Get out in the sunshine and fresh air
  • Ensure fruits and vegetables are a staple of your diet
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Structure your days

If you want to show-up with energy, it needs to be managed.

Once you crack managing it, you will have more energy to play with.
