Hawksford has appointed Dale Walton as Chief Technology Officer.
In his new role, Dale will oversee Hawksford’s Operations Centre, with responsibility for the development and delivery of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT solutions that support seamless integration across the firm’s growing global footprint.
Based in the UK, Dale will work alongside Director of Change Samantha Akomeah, who joined Hawksford in 2024, with both reporting to Matthew Wilkinson, Chief Integration Officer, who has group management responsibility for Hawksford’s technology, integration and transformation agenda.
With over 30 years’ experience in information technology, Dale has previously held various senior roles with a Dublin-based managed service provider. Most recently he was Head of Digital Technology Services, leading a large team of consultants, guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys and delivering strategic technology solutions.
With extensive knowledge in operations and technical delivery, Dale has acted as the technical lead on many enterprise migration projects across multiple industries. He is also a keen hiker and has trekked to Everest Base Camp and completed the Three Peaks Challenge, with plans to trek the Great Wall of China and Mount Kilimanjaro.
