Sanctuary Trust is hosting a Sing-a-long on Saturday 25th September in aid of their new women’s home.

Guests will have the chance to sing-a-long with the St Lawrence Minstrels to music from the 40s and 50s.

The event will start at 2.30 pm at Millbrook Park with both seating and refreshments available. However, the Sanctuary Trust are in need of cake donations which can be can be dropped off at the park from 1 pm or brought along just before the start of the event.

Discussing the event, Fundraiser Debbie Jeffries said: “We are delighted that the St Lawrence Minstrels are bringing back the good old days with their organised sing-a-long for Sanctuary Trust. We really hope to evoke some memories with songs from the 40s and 50s and raise funds for our new women’s home at the same time.”
