Channel Islands Adjusters, the independently run loss adjuster, has promoted Josh Smith to Associate Director with effect from 1st April 2022.
After working for a local insurance broker for seven years, Josh joined the company in 2014. He has since gained extensive experience in claims handling and customer liaison and is committed to further enhancing his knowledge.
Josh (pictured) recently passed his Diploma for the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds the Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, and Insurance Technician qualification for the British Damage Management Association.
Josh was also instrumental in developing the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters’ mentoring programme which assists future loss adjusters in achieving their qualifications.

Channel Islands Adjusters is the only locally owned and independently run loss adjuster, dealing with commercial and domestic insurance claims throughout the islands.
