Finance Manager
We are partnering with our client, a respected commercial organisation based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, to appoint a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is a key role within our client’s team, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong controls and providing clear insights to help drive commercial performance.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the finance function for our client’s commercial operations in St Peter Port.
- Oversee month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across our client’s team to provide financial insight and support.
What you’ll need
- Experience in a finance management or similar senior finance role.
- Strong understanding of commercial finance and business operations.
- Ability to manage financial processes, reporting cycles and controls.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with our client’s team.
- Proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
