We are partnering with our client, a leading organisation in the legal sector to appoint an Innovation & Solutions Design Manager – Business Solutions.

This is a permanent opportunity to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in shaping how legal services are delivered, by designing, refining and embedding innovative business solutions that enhance efficiency, client service and competitive edge.

• Legal sector insight: Ability to understand how legal services are delivered and where process, technology or structural innovation can create measurable improvements.

What you’ll do

• Shape and design business solutions that support our client’s legal operations.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with our client’s team to capture requirements and refine solution concepts.
• Support the implementation and embedding of new business solutions across the firm.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to maximise impact.
