What you’ll do

• Lead and oversee the compliance function within a Guernsey-based trust business.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the Trust sector and advise the business accordingly.
• Promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across our client’s team.
• Act as a key point of contact for compliance-related matters within the organisation.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience in a senior compliance role within financial services or the Trust sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to Guernsey and trust business.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance policies and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to operational compliance.
