Insurance Director
We are partnering with our client, a respected organisation in the finance sector, to appoint an Insurance Director based in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
This is a permanent leadership opportunity to shape and steer an established insurance function, providing strategic direction, governance and oversight while working closely with senior stakeholders across our client’s team.

What you’ll do
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the insurance function.

- Represent the insurance function at executive and board-level discussions as required.
What you’ll need
- Extensive experience in an insurance leadership role.
- Strong background in the finance or insurance sector.
- Proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and developing teams.
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail and governance.
