Jada Heynes has joined Whitmill, an independent provider of corporate, fund and private client services, as Group Head of HR and Training.
Jada (pictured) will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering Whitmill’s people strategy and will also focus on creating a comprehensive professional training programme.
With over 15 years of experience in HR and training, Jada brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Her career includes roles in HR consultancy, where she provided clear and effective advice to organisations across diverse sectors, and significant achievements in learning and development. She has delivered professional qualifications, including CMI and CIPD certifications, and holds the position of Course Director for Jersey’s only Employment Law Qualification.
