Trust Corporation International has made two internal promotions which reflect the firm’s growth.
Nicki Garnham has been promoted to the newly created role of Head of Finance and Mark Bougourd will be leading the Client Accounting Team.
Mrs Garnham, who qualified as a chartered accountant in 2009, has been with Trust Corporation International for the past five years and will be providing leadership and direction for the finance team while ensuring alignment with the firm’s business objectives.
In his new role Mr Bougourd will have responsibility for reporting to Trust Corporation International’s range of clients including fund investment performance. He has a broad range of fund and company accounting knowledge gained during his time with Deloitte and BlueCrest and is highly experienced in dealing with complex structures.
Mr Bougourd qualified as a chartered accountant in 2010 and has worked at Trust Corporation International since 2015.
The promotions reflect Trust Corporation International’s recent growth and the need to have dedicated, chartered professionals to lead the financial elements of the business from both an in-house and client-facing perspective.
