Two new Associates have joined the Disputes and Risk team at Babbé – Guernsey’s largest single jurisdictional law firm.
Nick Howell (pictured) has joined with over a decade of legal experience, having previously headed up a civil and commercial litigation team at an English regional law. He brings with him wide ranging experience, including with respect to shareholder and director disputes and contentious insolvency matters.
Ruairí Pollins also joins as an Associate, having previously worked in financial services law in Dublin.
Ruairi’s practice focusses upon supporting large complex corporate and private wealth litigation, with further experience in the regulatory space, specifically in relation to data protection and tax reporting requirements.
