Babbé has continued to expand its leading Disputes & Risk Team with the appointment of two further Associates.
Jonathan Exall has joined, having previously worked at a well-respected boutique English regional practice with a focus on commercial litigation. Benjamin Chambers (pictured) joins from a global insurance law firm with experience in professional indemnity litigation.
Under the leadership of Advocate Todd McGuffin, Head of Disputes & Risk, the team has grown recently to 12 fee earners, including four Advocates and has established itself as one of the largest practices in Guernsey.
The team is focused on high value contentious trust and commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring, as well as its ever-increasing presence in the financial services regulatory advisory and investigations space.
