The Atlantic Hotel has announced that Concierge, Nathan Rowland, has been shortlisted for the Small Luxury Hotels of the World Hotel Hero Award.
As Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) marks 35 years of celebrating independently minded stays, this year’s awards spotlighted the hotels and individuals redefining boutique luxury across the globe. The Hotel Hero Award recognises an on-property team member who sets the benchmark for excellence, going above and
beyond in the true SLH spirit.
The 2025 SLH Awards Ceremony took place at the Conrad Tokyo on 17 October 2025, where Patrick Burke, Owner of The Atlantic Hotel, was in attendance alongside leading hoteliers and industry figures from around the world.
Patrick Burke commented: “We are immensely proud of Nathan for being shortlisted for this prestigious international award. His warmth, professionalism, and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences perfectly embodies the spirit of both The Atlantic Hotel and Small Luxury Hotels of the World. It’s a great honour to see Jersey represented among such an inspiring global community of boutique hotels.
“It was a privilege to attend the SLH Awards in Tokyo and to connect with so many remarkable hoteliers from across the globe. Having Jersey showcased on this international stage can only reinforce the island’s growing reputation for world-class hospitality.”
