This Sunday 28th March 2021, at 7pm, Jersey’s Aureole Music is hosting a ‘Come and sing and play’ performance of Vivaldi’s Gloria.
The group raises money for Jersey charities with their performances, in particular Mind Jersey.
This Sunday, they will sing and play a performance of Vivaldi’s ‘Gloria’ online in a short concert. Local Jersey soloists will perform ‘live’ whilst the choir will sing from their homes!
How it works:
- This is a performance that anybody can join in with, you simply buy a ticket here.
- After registering online, you will receive a Zoom code with your ticket.
- If you want to join in, download the Choral and Instrumental parts from the group’s website
- Dress up, pour a drink and join in the fun! It will be around 40 minutes of singing and a social chat afterwards, with a friendly group of singers and players.
- Simply log on up-to 20 minutes before the performance and enjoy!
You stay on mute and join in a streamed performance of Vivaldi’s great choral work, with live performances from Jersey soloists.
All money raised will be given to Mind Jersey as part of our Spring campaign to raise awareness of mental health issues.
Aureole has been fundraising for the last year for local charities, working with the vulnerable and the isolated. They have raised around £4,000 so far.
Next week sees the launch of their new single ‘Lean on Me’ in partnership with Mind Jersey.
