Following a review of the 2025 trial, Alderney’s Economic Development Committee has agreed to continue its support for the scheduled charter ferry service between Jersey and Alderney.
The service, operated by WaterTaxi CI, will run from May to the end of September 2026.
The first year of this service proved to be a valuable, additional link for residents, businesses, and visitors alike, strengthening connectivity and supporting economic growth across the islands. The service will continue to be operated by Water Taxi CI in 2026
The schedule and prices for the 2026 service will be announced early in the new year. The booking system is expected to open from February 2026, giving customers plenty of time to plan their travel.
Stuart Clark, Chair of Economic Development Committee (EDC) said: “We are delighted to see this service continue into 2026. It represents a significant step forward in improving transport links between Jersey and Alderney, creating new opportunities for tourism and commerce.”
