Following the announcement of a new majority equity investor in Valeas Capital Partners in May 2025, Suntera Global has confirmed that it has secured all necessary regulatory approvals.
The investment by the San Francisco-based firm has now been completed, which also sees the exit of UK-based Palatine Private Equity.

We anticipate many such milestones ahead and look forward to this stage of our journey.”
