Guernsey-headquartered Belasko has introduced two new digital platforms designed to improve access to information for fund managers and investors.
The Investor Experience Platform (IXP) and Client Experience Platform (CXP) have been developed to provide a connected system for accessing information, managing communications and overseeing administrative activities throughout the investment fund lifecycle.
Belasko, which also operates in Jersey, the UK and Luxembourg, administers more than $29 billion in assets.
The platforms follow a period of development, testing and pilot scfinahemes, and form part of the company’s investment in its technology and administration services.
According to Belasko, the systems are intended to reduce reliance on separate document repositories, email correspondence and other administrative processes, while giving investors and fund managers greater visibility of their information.
The company plans further developments, including increased automation and potential artificial intelligence capabilities.
Costa Barakos (pictured), Chief Operating Officer at Belasko, said: “The platform provides a strong foundation that will continue to develop as manager needs, investor expectations and technology advance over time.”
