Creative agency Snap has opened the doors to The Nest, a new event, meeting and creative space designed to give Jersey businesses somewhere different to think, create and connect.
Built by Snap as a platform for ideas, culture and collaboration, The Nest has been created as an alternative to the traditional corporate meeting room. The flexible space is designed for everything from strategy sessions and workshops to talks, presentations, events and creative sessions, and is now available for businesses and organisations to hire.
At the heart of The Nest is a simple idea: the environment you’re in can change the way you think.
Tom Le Sueur, Founder at Snap, said: “We wanted to create a space that breaks away from the tradition of the corporate boardroom. Somewhere that feels inspiring, relaxed and gives people permission to think differently.
“The Nest gives us that space at Snap, but we also wanted to open it up to other ambitious businesses looking for somewhere new to flex their creativity, bring their teams together and explore new ideas.”
Designed to be as practical as it is inspiring, The Nest includes conference call facilities, making it easy to bring remote teams, clients and speakers into the room, alongside a professional podcast studio for businesses, creators and organisations looking to produce professional audio and video content.
The space can be configured for different types of sessions, from collaborative meetings and workshops through to larger talks, presentations and events.
But The Nest is intended to be more than simply another venue for hire.
Snap will use the space to develop its own programme of talks, events, workshops and shared experiences, bringing together people from across Jersey’s business and creative communities to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives and start new conversations. The Nest is now open and available for private hire, including meetings, workshops, strategy days, presentations, events, podcast recording and creative sessions.
