Carey Olsen has promoted Jersey corporate lawyer Nick Ghazi to senior associate.
Nick has been a member of the Jersey corporate team since 2017. His practice focuses on restructuring and debt finance, in particular acquisition finance, fund finance and real estate finance.
Nick has extensive experience advising lenders, bondholders and companies on the financial restructuring of distressed debtor groups, including in relation to administrations, pre-pack acquisitions and UK schemes of arrangement. He also frequently advises on acquisition finance transactions (sponsor and lender side) and has acted on the acquisition of a number of ‘household names’.
