Carey Olsen has advised Janus Henderson Group Ltd. on its take-private transaction with Trian and General Catalyst, which was completed on 30 June 2026.
The Carey Olsen Jersey corporate team advising Janus Henderson was led by partners James Willmott and Katherine Tresca, with support from senior associate Damilola Obafemi.
