Collas Crill has appointed Paul Beaugie as Senior Conveyancer in its Jersey property team.
He began his conveyancing career in 1984 and has more than 30 years’ experience in the property sector, bringing extensive knowledge of Jersey conveyancing and property transactions to the firm.
Paul (pictured) has worked across some of Jersey’s leading law firms during his career. His appointment at Collas Crill brings his career full circle, having previously worked at Crill Canavan, which merged with Collas Day in 2011 to form Collas Crill, bringing together the firms’ Jersey and Guernsey practices.
Throughout his career, Paul has acted for a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers and high-net-worth individuals to residential developers, with experience spanning complex and high-value residential and commercial property transactions.
Known within the property market for his clear and straightforward approach, Paul is committed to helping clients understand every stage of the conveyancing process and ensuring transactions progress as smoothly as possible.
