Baccata’s Sean Kenny has once again made the eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 Channel Islands listing for 2022.
The Channel Islands’ Top 35 Under 35 initiative is designed to identify, recognise, promote and introduce the rising stars of the top young legal, fiduciary and tax advisory professionals from the financial services sectors in the Channel Islands.
Sean joined Baccata in August 2020 bringing with him over ten years’ experience in the provision of private client services. Sean has developed an array of skills which have enabled him to manage a broad spectrum of clients ranging from HNW individuals, families who have built multi-generational wealth through well-established businesses, to privately owned trading companies which actively trade in goods as part of a global network.
Sean works with his trusted intermediaries to deliver efficient structuring solutions to his client’s for succession planning and asset protection. Over the years, Sean has managed complex multi-jurisdictional structures, investment vehicles and cross border transactions for clients in various jurisdictions, predominantly in the East African and Middle Eastern regions.
More recently, Sean has been appointed as the Chairman of the Institute of Directors, Jersey – Corporate Governance Sub Committee.
