PwC Channel Islands has confirmed two leadership appointments.
Leyla Yildirim has been appointed Global Clients Leader within the wider PwC network, effective 1 October 2026. Ali Cambray succeeds her as Chief Strategy Officer for the Channel Islands, a position Leyla has held since 2018.
In her new role, Leyla will work alongside PwC’s Global Head of Clients & Industries, supporting the firm’s global premier clients. She will remain based in the Guernsey office.
PwC’s Channel Islands business has tripled in size during her eight years as Chief Strategy Officer.
Ali moves into the role from her position as a Director in PwC’s Advisory practice, where she founded the Channel Islands firm’s Sustainability and Economics practice. She previously worked at PwC UK.
She has advised public, private and financial sector clients across several jurisdictions and emerging markets on business transformation, strategy development and impact assessment. She has also contributed to the firm’s research and market positioning in the Channel Islands.
