Ogier partner Tim Clipstone has been sworn in as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey. Tim, an experienced funds, regulatory and corporate lawyer, was admitted to the Guernsey Bar in the Royal Court earlier this month.
Tim joined Ogier in Guernsey in 2018 and has more than 20 years’ experience as a lawyer practising in London, BVI and Cayman Islands. He maintains a particular focus on all aspects of the lifecycle of Hedge, Private Equity and Venture Capital fund structures as well as mergers and acquisitions for entities domiciled in Guernsey and BVI. He is also a member of Ogier’s multi-disciplinary Private Equity and Sustainable Investing and Impact Funds teams and sits on Guernsey Finance’s Green Strategy committee.
