The growth of Ogier’s transactional teams in Guernsey has been further boosted with three new hires across banking and finance, corporate and funds.
Managing associates Jane Hogan and Richard Doyle have joined the banking and finance and corporate and funds teams respectively and Wandi Sishi has joined the corporate team as an associate.
Jane brings with her extensive experience advising on multi-jurisdictional banking and finance, corporate and capital market transactions. Prior to joining Ogier she worked for international law firms as a finance and capital markets associate and advises financial institutions, corporate clients and private equity sponsors in connection with banking, derivatives, corporate, finance and restructuring transactions, including leveraged financing and capital markets offerings.
Richard is an experienced corporate, finance and funds lawyer with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity fundraisings, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, open and closed ended fund structures and regulatory matters. He has over 10 years’ experience as a lawyer in Dublin, BVI and Guernsey.
Wandi has a range of experience in corporate restructuring and general corporate work. Wandi also has experience in derivatives, banking and finance and general corporate banking. She is a South African attorney who, prior to joining Ogier, worked at an international offshore law firm.
