Index Origin III invests primarily in pre-Series A companies, while Index Ventures XIII will invest primarily in early-stage companies targeting global markets in the digital and technology fields.
Index Ventures Growth VII invests primarily in development, growth and other late-stage private and small-cap public companies.
Partners Niamh Lalor and Alexandra O’Grady (pictured) led the Ogier Jersey team and were assisted by counsel Joanna Christensen and senior associate Ryan Ripamonti.
Alexandra O’Grady said: “Ogier is delighted to have supported Index Ventures on the successful launch of Index Origin III and Index Ventures XIII, alongside the further closing of Index Ventures Growth VII, each attracting strong investor demand. We were delighted to assist Index Ventures in delivering coordinated and efficient closings across multiple funds.”
