Advocate Nick Marshall has joined the partnership at Preston Legal.
Nick (pictured) joined the firm in July 2020 and has built a reputation advising clients on a wide range of trust and corporate matters both locally and internationally.
Preston Legal was set up by Advocate Mike Preston in 2016, primarily to focus on dispute resolution, however, Nick’s expertise in non-contentious matters has added to the services that are now provided both to corporate and to private clients.
Before moving offshore, Nick was a partner with various law firms in Manchester for a number of years advising on a wide variety of corporate and sports law matters, including for a number of Premier League football clubs. He has been a director and in-house counsel for various local trust companies and prior to joining Preston Legal worked with a large offshore law firm.
