Ogier’s head of Estate Planning, Wills and Probate in Jersey, Henry Wickham, has been promoted to partner.
Ogier, which has legal practices across multiple jurisdictions, now has 108 partners globally.
Henry (pictured) advises on all aspects of Jersey trusts, foundations and estate planning and related corporate law issues. He is widely experienced in both local and international will and probate matters and has particular expertise in the administration of high net worth and multi-jurisdictional estates as well as complex succession planning and will drafting.
Henry also advises in relation to complex restructurings, corporate migrations and philanthropic structures and, when working with clients who are internationally based, advises on complex private international law issues.
A STEP member and former Chair of STEP Jersey Branch, Henry has sat on a number of consultative bodies relating to Jersey’s trust industry. He speaks on a variety of topics within his field and regularly contributes to a number of publications both locally and further afield.
