The team at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa are looking forward to welcome guests back this season and they will receive a warm welcome from the newly appointed Front Office Manager.
Rachel Crook (pictured), who has a wealth of experience working in luxury hotel brands, has taken on the role at the AA Four Red Star hotel in St Brelade.
Rachel previously worked as Fairmont Gold & Guest Experience Manager at Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda and prior to that at Walt Disney World in Orlando. Having relocated back to the UK, she is delighted to have moved to Jersey to join the team at L’Horizon.
She will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring they have the best stay possible at L’Horizon and will be leading the front house and concierge teams, empowering them to enhance the guest experience.
Commenting on her new role Rachel told Channel Eye: “First and foremost, I am here to look after our guests and I’m really looking forward to meeting the many loyal returning guests, our local guests and new visitors to Jersey.
“Front of house is the hub of any hotel and is crucial as we see the return of hospitality. The team is here to make our guests feel reassured, safe and confident. Even though we might distance ourselves more than we did in the past, we will still be smiling and are extremely excited about welcoming everyone back.
“It has been wonderful to welcome our staycation guests recently and we look forward to welcoming many more.”
