Babbé LLP strengthens its corporate team with the new appointment of Tristan Ozanne to Counsel. Tristan joins the firm with a wealth of legal knowledge and more than 16 years’ offshore experience in corporate, commercial and financial law.
In his new role, Tristan will be responsible for leading the corporate team and expanding the current offering. The corporate team advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, structuring financial products, corporate restructuring, regulatory advice and investment funds and regulated insurance companies.
Tristan is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales and recently was recognised as a ‘rising star’ by Legal 500 for his extensive experience in leading high value, complex deals and advising both bank and non-bank lenders and borrowers.
