Bedell Cristin’ Jersey Litigation team has been strengthened by the arrival of Zoe Marshall from London law firm Withers.
Zoe (pictured) qualified as an English Solicitor in 2023, and practised with Withers’ Trust Estate and Inheritance Disputes team, and prior to qualification also spent time working at Quinn Emanuel in London supporting their competition litigation team.
While practising onshore, Zoe had experience of advising trustees, beneficiaries and families on complex cross-border trust disputes, professional negligence claims and probate disputes relating to capacity and charitable bequests. She has also advised clients on matters in the Court of Protection.
The Bedell Cristin team is led by partners Edward Drummond, Robert Gardner, Robert Christie and Sonia Shah.
