Mourant has maintained 16 top tier rankings across two of the world’s most highly regarded legal directories.
Legal 500 and IFLR1000 launched their annual guides to the UK’s leading lawyers this month. Both compile rankings and commentary based on feedback from peers and clients, backed up by independent research.
IFLR1000 2021 has confirmed the firm’s top tier position in Guernsey and Jersey for Financial & Corporate and Investment Funds work for the tenth consecutive year. The latest Legal 500 UK guide has also placed Mourant in Tier 1 for a total of 12 practice areas across the competitive Channel Islands market.
That success has been coupled with a notable rise up the rankings for its Jersey team delivering Regulatory and White Collar advice and services, which is now listed in Tier 2. This area of expertise was only introduced by Legal 500 last year, demonstrating that the team is quickly being recognised for its high quality by a number of existing and new clients. Mourant has been widely praised for its ‘exceptional level of advice’ in multiple areas across the UK rankings.
