The Maples Group, a global legal and financial services provider, has expanded its fiduciary services team in Jersey in the Channel Islands with two senior appointments.
Dameon Gaynor joins as Senior Vice President and Olivia Shanks has been appointed as Vice President.
Dameon Gaynor is a seasoned fiduciary professional with over 25 years’ experience in the Jersey finance sector, with knowledge of the corporate and regulatory framework. He is a qualified UK Chartered Accountant and has held a number of senior positions at trust and fund services firms in Jersey.
Olivia Shanks (shown in the main picture) has over 15 years’ experience in the offshore financial services sector. She specialises in governance for private equity, credit, real estate and structured finance vehicles, with cross-jurisdictional experience in Jersey and the Cayman Islands. With postgraduate legal qualifications, she previously held senior roles at offshore firms and is an Accredited Director.

Dameon and Olivia will be providing corporate and fiduciary services to Jersey private funds and corporate structures involving a wide range of activities, including private equity investment, commercial real estate and infrastructure and general investment holding.
