Longueville Manor has retained its Michelin Key and five AA Red Stars.
The independently owned hotel also retained its three AA Rosettes for dining. It remains the only hotel in Jersey to hold a Michelin Key and one of two across the Channel Islands.
Owners Malcolm and Patricia Lewis attended the annual AA Hospitality Awards at Grosvenor House in London on Monday, where the hotel’s AA ratings were confirmed.
Longueville Manor is one of 69 hotels across the British Isles to hold five AA Red Stars. The rating recognises standards of hospitality, service and quality, while AA Rosettes recognise the quality of a hotel’s food.
Malcolm Lewis (pictured), owner of Longueville Manor, said: “AA Five Red Stars is the highest possible accolade awarded to hotels representing the absolute pinnacle of luxury, service, and hospitality. This honour is a reflection of the dedicated team that delivers amazing hospitality, food and service every day.”
