The Resilience Development Company has won two awards at the 2021 Learning Excellence Awards for their work in the Wealth Management division of the international bank, Royal Bank of Canada.

Alongside existing 2020/2021 global award recognition from the Business Culture Awards, the Learning and Performance Institute and the Public Sector Transformation Awards, the Jersey-based company was recognised as the 2021 ‘Outstanding External Provider’ and ‘Team Development of the Year’ award winners for their high impact and measurable approach to elevating culture, raising engagement, increasing productivity and enhancing employee wellbeing.
