The Resilience Development Company has won two awards at the 2021 Learning Excellence Awards for their work in the Wealth Management division of the international bank, Royal Bank of Canada.

The training and coaching consultancy transforms how people, teams and organisations perform together during change.

Alongside existing 2020/2021 global award recognition from the Business Culture Awards, the Learning and Performance Institute and the Public Sector Transformation Awards, the Jersey-based company was recognised as the 2021 ‘Outstanding External Provider’ and ‘Team Development of the Year’ award winners for their high impact and measurable approach to elevating culture, raising engagement, increasing productivity and enhancing employee wellbeing.

David Bailey, COO of RBC Wealth Management, which has worked with the Resilience Development Company in the UK and Channel Islands for four years added: “Our ongoing relationship with the Resilience Development Company has never been more important than during the last year of significant angst and upheaval.

“The work the Resilience Development Company has done with employees across our business has not only improved productivity, engagement and performance levels, but has also helped our people to confidently manage periods of stress and change, both professionally and personally. We are delighted that they have been recognised with this award.”

David Ogilvie, CEO of the Resilience Development Company said: “We provide an award-winning solution to the big problems of successfully transitioning psychologically through change, challenge and uncertainty. We are specialists in helping organisations upskill their workforce so they can move from feeling overwhelmed to resilient and stay there.

“Winning these awards shows we have a winning methodology that innovates in Learning and Development, produces demonstrable performance improvement and business impact for our diverse set of clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies through to the NHS, Government and Third Sector organisations.”
