LibertyBus has announced its recognition as the 2024 Bus Operator of the Year at the Route One Awards.
This accolade stands as the highest honour in the bus and coach industry, celebrating the exceptional hard work and investment demonstrated by the LibertyBus team, supported by Tower Transit, over the past year.
The judging panel commended LibertyBus for its commitment to delivering outstanding service, its focus on customer satisfaction, and its active involvement in the community. These efforts have led to record-high levels of passenger growth and industry recognition.
Samuel Ribeiro, Managing Director of Tower Transit (parent company of LibetyBus), commented on the achievement: “This achievement would not be possible without the support from our staff, customers, and of course, the Government of Jersey, particularly the IE Department, who together with Kevin and his team ‘live and breathe’ the bus operation on a daily basis.”
